Huge dilemmas. HUGE DILEMMAS.
I’m supposed to go to some birthday/happyhour/friendship/drinkfest thing tonight, but all I want to do is curl up under a blanket with a bag of Doritos and say goodbye to Newport.
I do have DVR, so I could watch it later, but knowing me, I’ll come home drunk and insist on watching it at 3am, leading to some, nay, many shed tears. God I hate how I get emotional when I’m drunk.

Hi Annie! Yay for the Shrimp Pad Thai shoutout. I am planning my watching party for tomorrow with Chardonay and Gold Medal Ribbon… We are all very excited!
I hope I can resist the urge to watch the show tonight!

I watched it tonight even though I haven’t seen it in a really long time (like, since about the fourth episode of season 3? then the disc got stuck in my DVD player and I had to pay a replacement fee on netflix which made me really bitter) and I was so confused. Ryan and Taylor? Huh what? Huh?!
I loved Marissa so much. and her stylings. and the pointless parties. I think I had my own funeral for the show when I read online that Marissa was dead. Poor Marissa. I miss Anna too. I’m no longer making sense.

Okay, I was “not devastated” either. I was fine when I heard about the cancellation, fine as I watched the last batch of episodes and completely fine as I sat down to watch tonight’s finale.
Well that all changed the second tonight’s finale ended.
I mean, I already set the cast of The O.C. as my desktop photo for the first time in some years and not even THAT is helping. WTF! It hurts.
