I’m not gonna lie, when the pic popped up I had a CSI-style flashback of a violent crime scene…ie - its disturbing. yet…somehow hypnotic and comforting….ok i am aware of the lack of coherent thoughts…its finals week and I am living off of No-Doz and water…I will be trying Frito-Mac-and-Cheese at some point over break…that is all…

I am in complete agreement that your banner is at once gross and fascinating. My knee-jerk reaction to it was ack-look-away! But then I spent more time with it, and now I’m transfixed! I find myself wondering if you poured the whole bag-o-Frito’s in or just a few. Are we talking a Frito garnish here or is this full-blown Crunchy Mac-n-Cheese Surprise? Also, just how creamy was the cheese mixture? Judging by the fork residue, I’d say pretty damn creamy but congealed cheese sauce can lie to camera. And was this your first choice of noodle? If so, was this a decision based on this particular noodle’s ability to hold the most cheese (it’s like a very long and sticky spiral slide)? You don’t have to answer these questions. In fact, I’d rather you didn’t because mulling them over in my mind is 49% of the reason I’m a regular DR visitor. Happy 26th! I’m hungry.
